Another major difference with our approach is that we allow you to choose which of our services you want to use. We offer services that will facilitate every step of the sale of your business, from initially listing the business as up for sale to filing the closing paperwork. Some of our services include business appraisals, marketing, the creation of sale documents, screening of potential buyers, and providing negotiation support. With our non-commission approach, you are able to choose which services best fit your needs and you are only charged fees for those specific services. We have found that operating in this way helps us to build a relationship with our clients that is based on trust and not contracts.
